Avram Goldman is a widely known and respected Bay Area real estate broker with more than 30 years experience. He specializes in luxury properties representing some of the finest homes in the Wine Country.
Avram's marketing expertise, extensive local knowledge, passion for client service, and real estate track record establishes him as a leading authority in the marketplace. As a seasoned real estate professional, he is experienced in all measures necessary to ensure a successful transaction. He believes it is essential to take a global approach and look at each client's specific needs, identifying gaps and opportunities. This approach assures that each client's primary objectives are developed and achieved.
Formerly he served both as president/CEO of Pacific Union Real Estate and president/COO of Coldwell Banker Northern California. He also holds the Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) professional designation. He has served as a director of the National Association of Realtors. Avram has been featured on CNN, BBC radio, and on KNBR’s "Gary Allan on Business" program.
With a philosophy of giving back to the communities he serves, Avram has been honored three times with the Humanitarian of the Year Award. He currently dedicates his time to a number of local nonprofits -- including the Sonoma Community Center, the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, and Congregation Shir Shalom.
A native of the Bay Area, Avram graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
Heather Hanlon began her real estate career in 2005. She has consistently ranked among the top producers in wine country and has closed over $100 million in residential, land and commercial real estate. Heather attributes her success to relationship building through first class service and an intricate knowledge of an ever-evolving industry.
Heather has developed a well-rounded knowledge of real estate with experience as a top saleswoman, marketing consultant, transaction coordinator and owner of a boutique vacation rental management company. Her knowledge and skills in tactful negotiation, market trends and creative marketing help guide her clients in reaching their real estate goals.
Born and raised in Sonoma, Heather has an intimate knowledge of the community and has established a consummate network of professionals. She believes partnering with the best yields the highest results for her clients. She is well connected with the finest professionals in title/escrow, lenders, permit consultants, designers, architects, vineyard specialists and contractors. She is reputable amongst her clients and colleagues and has earned a loyal clientele due to her integrity, honesty, commitment and diligence.
Heather graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), and the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires. While at UCSC, she joined the Santa Cruz Boat Club, earned dean’s Highest Honors, and participated in a study-abroad program in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is a devoted member of the community and belongs to the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, attends multiple fundraisers throughout the year and donates a portion of each of her sales to the Compass Community Fund. In her off time, Heather enjoys hiking, travel, reading and enjoying time with her fiancé Jacob and dog Scarlett.
